摘要: A micro-scale, smart material actuator having an overall length smaller than 10mm comprising a multilayer piezoelectric stack housed in mechanical amplifier made up of fixed supporting member, movable member connected to compliant links attached one or more actuating arms such that, when suitable electric current is applied the stack, resulting expansion translated through thereby causing movement method generating electricity from motion using also disclosed which are source and electrical load, whereby causes generate charge that then discharged into load.
