摘要: Gradient elution reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was used for the determination of compounds occurring during production biodiesel from rapeseed oil. Individual triacylglycerols (TGs), diacylglycerols, monoacylglycerols and methyl esters oleic, linoleic linolenic acids free fatty were separated in 25 min using a combined linear gradient with aqueous-organic non-aqueous mobile phase steps: 70% acetonitrile+30% water 0 min, 100% acetonitrile 10 50% acetonitrile+50% 2-propanol-hexane (5:4, v/v) 20 5 final hold-up. Another method [from methanol to methanol+50% 15 min] fast monitoring conversion oil acid quantitation residual TGs product. Sensitivity linearity various detection modes (UV at 205 nm, evaporative light scattering mass spectrometric detection) compared. The individual sample identified coupled HPLC-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization spectrometry positive-ion mode.
