摘要: The invention provides new methylen-indole derivatives of formula (I), wherein R is a group (a) in which R4 hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-C6 alkoxy, C2-C6 alkanoyloxy, carboxy, nitro or NHR7, R7 hydrogen alkyl; R5 alkyl halogen; and R6 n zero, 1 2; R1 alkanoyl; R2 alkyl, halogen, cyano, carboxyl, -NHR7 as defined above; R3 the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; wherein, when, at same time, halogen cyano being above, then least one R4, other than are useful tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
