摘要: Four anaerobic fungi were grown on filter paper cellulose and monitored over a 7–8 days period for substrate utilisation, fermentation products, secretion of cellulolytic xylanolytic enzymes. Two the (N1 N2) Neocallimastix species isolated from ruminant (sheep) other two Piromyces (E2 R1) an Indian Elephant Rhinoceros, respectively. The tested degraded almost completely estimated digestion rates 0.25, 0.13, 0.21 0.18 g · 1-1 h-1 strains E2, N1, N2, R1, All secreted enzymes, including endoglucanase, exoglucanase, β-glucosidase xylanase. Strain E2 highest levels enzymes in relatively short time. product formation avicel by four was studied. Both presence absence glucurono-1,5-δ-lactone, specific inhibitor β-glucosidase, mainly glucose formed but no cellobiose. Therefore exoglucanase is probably glucohydrolase.
