Faculty Members’ Concerns about Adopting a Learning Management System (LMS): A Developing Country Perspective

摘要: This study examined the concerns of faculty members regarding adoption a Learning Management System (LMS) employing Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM). Forty-seven from university in Jordan completed Stages Concern Questionnaire (SoCQ). The SoCQ was used to assess strength members’ seven areas: awareness, information, personal impact, management, consequences, collaboration and refocusing. results showed that respondents’ were greatest early stages introduction LMS. Faculty had general lack awareness about LMS did not have enough information it. little interest or engagement with LMS; they wanted know more effect on them personally. Furthermore, time, logistical aspects implementation
