摘要: ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling by histone-modifying enzymes and complexes is crucial for maintaining organization facilitating gene transcription. In the SWI/SNF family of remodelers, distinct such as BAF, PBAF, GBAF, esBAF npBAF/nBAF are particular interest regarding their implications in cellular differentiation development, well various diseases. The recently identified BAF subcomplex GBAF no exception to this, information emerging linking this complex its components events mammalian development. Furthermore, given essential nature many subunits effective function, it comes surprise that aberrant expression associated with disease including neurodevelopmental disorders numerous malignancies.
