摘要: The Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) by Jacobson and Newman is a 25-item self-assessment measuring the functional, emotional, physical effects of dizziness unsteadiness in individuals 19 years age. test can be completed 5 to 10 minutes. Total scores range from 0 100 with increasing signifying greater perception handicap because dizziness. A total score 16 indicates for patients peripheral or central pathology, whereas >10 necessitate an examination balance specialist. DHI also broken down into 3 subscales: (28 points), emotional (36 functional points). reliable valid adults vestibular multiple sclerosis, posttraumatic brain injury, whiplash-associated disorders, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This Rehabilitation Measures Database summary provides review psychometric properties dysfunction. For full DHI, along nearly 200 other instruments, please go www.rehabmeasures.org.
