摘要: The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in cooperation with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), has been conducting a world-wide survey of hydrogen (H/'H) and oxygen (O/O) isotope composition monthly precipitation since 1961. At present, 72 IAEA/WMO network stations are operation. Another 82 belonging to national organizations continue send their results IAEA for publication. paper focuses on basic features spatial temporal distribution deuterium O global precipitation, as derived from database. internal structure characteristics this database discussed some detail. existing phenomenological relationships between observed stable various climate-related parameters such local surface air temperature amount reviewed critically assessed. Attempts presented towards revealing interannual fluctuations accumulated records relating them changes over past 30 years.
