摘要: This study summarizes briefly the sources of Malachite green contamination and wide range its toxic effects. The photodegradation this cationic triphenylmethane dye by TiO 2 /WO 3 composite is examined under different experimental conditions. Two types salts - oxalate hydrochloride were studied unexpectedly kinetics degradation was observed in presence or as photocatalysts. behavior almost identical both catalysts , showing equal rates degradation. However for form significantly more efficient than pure . Even more, apparent rate constant higher that obtained with same It suggested initial adsorption on surface catalyst plays important role explains photocatalytic performance powder. Most probably sorption favored C O 4 2- ions, way providing direct photooxidation dye. also established UV-VIS comparative analysis during proposed photopurification pollutants formation colorless carcinogenic Leuco malachite negligible.
