摘要: The present invention enables ultrasonic propagation time values after correction of refraction to be calculated in parallel for each receive channel, by using a recurrence relation the depth direction. Moreover, accumulation errors can avoided an accurate value obtained advance at reference correct is reached. For this error correction, calculate approximate expression. example, inclination between depths. In actual circuit, received signals are sequentially stored memory, and beam formed calculating address position corresponding wave, adding addresses.
