摘要: The aim of the present study was investigate antibacterial activity different milk products.  The commercially prepared products with probiotic organisms such as three groups first group comprised a fermented skimmed product, Yakult Drink. second made-up yogurt products, Nestle and Ski D’Lite. last included powdered infant supplements, Neslac Gain. According to product information, contains Lactobacillus casei; has Streptococcus Spp, Spp Bifidobacterium Spp., while infant’s is enriched Spp. antimicrobial against microbial isolates pathogenic Gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. positive Staphylococcus aureus yeast, Candida albicans
