摘要: Globally, Pneumonia is the leading communicable disease which reason of fatality in children. In 2013, there was approximately 935 000 child death less than 5 years old because Pneumonia, 15% all deaths The scenario more or same sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. objective study to collate information from existing data chart out trends incidence (mild + severe) per 1,000 children under five (new visits) future. A secondary analysis Nepal done between 2005 2014. survey conducted administrative supervision population division Ministry Health Population (MOHP). Curve fitting method used find convenient model. analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Windows Version 16.0 (SPSS Inc; Chicago, IL, USA). p-value < 0.05 (two-tailed) establish statistical significance. Excluding constant term equation, best fitted model cubic, prediction visits). It estimated that will be 331 with 95% CI (0,1000) cases during 2020 Nepal. year wise having an increasing trend. result provides reference organizing, planning, evaluation childhood pneumonia control program. Strengthening health care delivery system community-based prevention strategies case management facilitate trim down overall burden this public threat.
