摘要: This research focuses on the study of ultra-fine solid lines printing by using Micro-flexographic machine which is combination flexography and micro-contact technique. Flexography one famous high speed roll to techniques that are possible create graphic electronic device variable substrates. Micro-contact a low cost technique usually uses for micro nano scale image especially in fine structure. Graphene material can be used as ink producing devices. Lanthanum rare earth metal has potential industry. The both known been successfully produced lowest width gap. new could print below 10 μm biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) substrate graphene ink. printed with 2.6 width. also elaborates imprint lithography process achieving down structure μm. In an additional, lanthanum target successful substrates good surface adhesion property. illustrates capability application electronic, bio-medical.
