摘要: Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy was first described in 1969 by Rosai and Dorfman. The typical clinical characteristics of this disease include painless cervical lymphadenopathy, fever, weight loss. condition can present an extranodal mass about 25% patients, isolated masses without lymph node involvement occur rarely. authors describe a 5-year-old boy cavernous sinus syndrome due to form the temporal fossa. Several cases involving central nervous system are reviewed. histopathological magnetic resonance imaging discussed.
