摘要: All the algorithms described in chapters 2, 3, 4 and 6, viz., FC-MLP, IC-MLP, CRBF, FC-RBF, Mc-FCRBF, FCRN CC-ELM are batch learning algorithms. These require complete training data set network structure has to be fixed a priori.
