摘要: Abstract The unusual endoperoxide bridge is believed to be the active center for artemisinin activations. Our Raman study indicated that more significantly influenced by impurity than other parts in molecule. This phenomenon provides a spectroscopy method quantitative measurement of content basing on relative intensity ratio analysis characteristic vibrational modes. proposed can good alternative high performance liquid chromatography, which commonly applied technique measuring content. Also, provide additional information homogeneity. In addition, imaging presented easy visualization and homogeneity simultaneously.
