摘要: An overview of previous and current work within the field process analysis, modeling development processing technologies for unidirectional fiber reinforced thermoplastic tapes with high temperature matrices like PEEK is presented. The importance temperature, its history control during becomes quite obvious. Widespread investigations on complex material behavior, dependent properties, crystallization anisotropy were carried out. Thermodynamic boundary conditions, pre- main-heating have been theoretically modeled as well empirically measured. Even approaches aspect consolidation partly successful. Nevertheless, some or many parameters most models need to be determined experimentally. None incorporate all aspects actual techniques, especially radiation a condition. Nor any computer program available capable serve simulator. Therefore, simulation environment structure was developed starting point an integrated chain which shall tool developments.
