摘要: A common cancer in females, breast (BRCA) mortality has been recently reduced; however, the prognosis of BRCA patients remains poor. This study attempted to develop prognostic immune-related long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) for and identify effects these lncRNAs on tumor microenvironment (TME). Gene expression data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database were collected order select differentially expressed lncRNAs. Immune-related downloaded ImmLnc database, where 316 identified, 12 which found be significantly related patients. Multivariate cox regression analysis was then applied construct as risk model, including C6orf99, LINC00987, SIAH2-AS1, LINC01010, ELOVL2-AS1. High-risk low-risk groups distinguished according median scores. Accordingly, overall survival (OS) high-risk group observed shorter than that group. qRT-PCR demonstrated lncRNA levels cell lines basic agreement with predictions except LINC00987. By validating numerous clinical samples, C6orf99 shown highly advanced stage, while LINC01010 SIAH2-AS1 decreased T-stage M-stage. Moreover, LINC0098 among (>50 years old). set enrichment (GSEA) analyze hallmarks immunological characteristics groups. Importantly, TIMER this model is infiltration immune cells. In conclusion, results indicated five could used a may even accelerate immunotherapy
