摘要: To shorten an observation time necessary for achieving value with a two-frequency CW radar. Provided is target detecting device (1) calculating the relative velocity of by analyzing frequency reception signal (25), which obtained modulating transmission sequentially into plurality step frequencies and irradiating frequency-modulated (22) as wave (23), receiving echo (24) reflected from that target. The comprises modulation means (2) repeating process frequency, times within minimum desired resolution, (6) modulated same processes repeated (2), over processes.
