摘要: Silicon carbide fibers having a high tensile strength are produced by (1) dissolving at least one of organosilicon molecular weight compounds softening point higher than 50° C, in which silicon and carbon the main skeleton components, solvent for or heating melting said to prepare spinning solution into filaments, (2) preliminarily spun filaments temperature 350°-800° C under vacuum volatilize low contained compounds, (3) baking thus treated 800°-2,000° non-oxidizing atmosphere selected from group consisting an inert gas, CO gas hydrogen form fibers.
