摘要: The objective of this paper is to compare the evolution wind turbine industry in Germany, Netherlands and Sweden. Four factors stand out explaining relative success German industry: (1) creation variety an early phase, (2) establishment legitimacy energy, (3) employment advanced market policies a later phase (4) use industrial policy favour domestic industry. Implications for include fostering new technology creating powerful, predictable persistent economic incentives.
