摘要: In a smart power system, measurement infrastructure brings so many advantages in monitoring and control of the system. This paper proposes an optimal real time transmission congestion management algorithm competitive electricity market based on measurements Instead static fix thermal rates, quasi-dynamic rates lines are calculated used to solve optimization problem. The problem includes generation rescheduling load shedding scheme minimize costs specific interval. interval is introduced defined as clearing this paper. Furthermore, proposed algorithm, divided into few subsequent subintervals aimed at considering loads system variations during procedure. method could be by operators (SOs) adapt procedure with regard generations, or configuration process. Numerical results obtained from running modified IEEE 30-bus test network Esfahan Regional Power Network (ERPN), size demonstrate convincingly ability cost reduction, while it increases security margin intensive cases significantly.
