摘要: The exemplified systems, and method thereof, includes PLZT thin film (Pb0.95La0.05Zr0.54Ti0.46O3) paired with a bottom metal top transparent conductive oxide, that forms capacitor structure enhanced photocurrent power conversion efficiency. systems use electrode (platinum) as oxide (Indium Tin Oxide—ITO) the electrode.
