摘要: The exemplified systems, and method thereof, includes PLZT thin film (Pb0.95La0.05Zr0.54Ti0.46O3) paired with a bottom metal top transparent conductive oxide, that forms capacitor structure enhanced photocurrent power conversion efficiency. systems use electrode (platinum) as oxide (Indium Tin Oxide—ITO) the electrode. In some embodiments, are used in solar cells, ultraviolet sensors, or UV indexing sensors. energy generation for medical diagnostics (e.g., skin care application).
