摘要: The aim of this paper is to document plant diversity in the metropolitan area Rome (Italy) by providing a comprehensive inventory present-day vascular flora and an overview its composition species diversity. We compiled floristic catalogue including all entities that occur spontaneously within administrative boundaries municipality. data, which were gathered from extensive field surveys, broad review literature herbaria records, updated integrated account. lists 1649 entities, 139 families 677 genera. contains 228 taxa are non-native Italian flora, 81 established study area. reveals remarkable outlines main characteristics Rome, may be summarized as (1) large number high conservation value remnants ...
