摘要: Histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis (HNL), also called Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease, is a benign, self-limiting inflammatory disease with fever and painful cervical lymphadenopathy of unknown etiology. A lymph node biopsy required for the definitive diagnosis because no specific symptoms or laboratory findings HNL. To establish rapid non-invasive diagnostic method this we investigated genes specifically expressed in patients by analyzing whole transcriptome using microarray analysis peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). The top five up-regulated (IFI44L, CXCL10, GBP1, EPSTI1 IFI27) HNL were interferon-induced (ISGs). expression levels verified quantitative PCR. High serum CXCL10 concentration confirmed at symptomatic phase patients. these 5 positively correlated each other (r2 = 0.28–0.60). highly nodes. discriminant distinguished 84 % accuracy. combination ISGs seemed to be response induced viral infections autoantigens. An gene profile PBMC may provide
