摘要: DNA microarray data on thyroid tissue from patients with papillary carcinoma (PTC) and healthy controls were compared in order to investigate the regulatory genes uncover underlying network PTC. The set, GSE3678, was downloaded Gene Expression Omnibus database. This included seven samples PTC controls. Raw processed differentially expressed (DEGs) identified using corresponding R packages. regulation analysis conducted TRANSFAC® TRED. A total of 171 DEGs obtained. then established, 104 DEGs.
