摘要: Abstract Large single crystals (15 × 15 mm3) of KTa1-x , Nb x O3 solid solutions with compositions. 197 < <.425 have been grown by temperature gradient transport technique. The were analyzed for composition, Curie point, lattice constant, pyroelectric coefficient and relative dielectric constant. Results indicate that compositional gradients in the are minimized this growth Growth experiments described some detail experimental parameters related to measured properties.
