摘要: Collaborative Knowledge Management System (CKMS) is a system that has been used by members of Cloud Service Provider (CSP) as place to manage and facilitate the information technology (IT) service (ITaaS) environment which related knowledge (KaaS) in providing supplier recipient or demander for specific application tasks services based on its allocating agreement cloud computing. In this context, there are many parties who very concerning about it, but unfortunately lacking common ITaaS best practice guideline can be CSP make use collaboratively future purposes engaging with computing environment. Therefore, paper discusses model order ensure everybody receiving satisfied getting maximum return investment sharing resources among providers recipients
