摘要: Mister atomizer technique or so called spray pyrolysis has been applied to deposit CuI thin films on amorphous substrate. The effects of substrate temperature (RT ‒200°C) their electrical and optical properties were studied. physical characteristics sprayed determined by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), current voltage (I-V) measurement UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. nanoparticle was observed at different deposition condition. effect substrates thickness resistivity proved that both decreases as the increased. This caused increase carrier concentration higher temperature. transmittance absorption coefficient measured then energy gap which shows direct transition n=2. optimum band here is 2.75 eV 150°C
