摘要: Different birds and mammals visit caves around the world but only some are cave-dwellers or cavernicoles. Except for those species that do not avoid use them sometimes, we recognize regional regular cavernicoles restricted to areas with caves. Caves shelters resting mating, wintering den sites, roosting nesting sites. In cases important habitat rare species. Several predators find bats as prey. All cave visitors have an impact on ecology. Some fruit in harvested by humans, bat sites usually disturbed. past ancient man had compete other “Artificial caves” created humans new formerly cave-dwelling animals. Most of cavernicolous their droppings (guano) direct economic importance, dens problematic public health.
