摘要: Abstract 1. Changes m hypoosmoregulatory ability in smolting sea trout, Satmo trutta, were monitored by performing regular sea-water challenge tests from February to July. 2. Sea-water tolerance was fully developed April and then maintained during spring summer. 3. A high capacity regulate magnesium ions correlated well with the smoltification culminated May. 4. High stable plasma electrolyte levels reached after 24 hr sea-water. In order discriminate between parr smolt, this should be most effective exposure time 5. Stress of shorter duration had no influence on outcome test, whereas prolonged stress affected capability.
