摘要: This paper assesses the role of e-government service quality in creation public value from citizen perspective. By assessing added services through a lens we aim to explore more deeply how impacts on creation. We propose conceptual framework based theoretical perspectives and e-service support examination citizens' viewpoint. An exploration literature value, quality, indicates that is highly dependent level delivered by organization. The draws together elements as determined Moore [1] Kelly [2], dimensions updated IS success model DeLone McLean [3].
