摘要: The technique of two-dimensional J-resolved 1H n.m.r. spectroscopy has been extended to handle the very wide spectra proteins and other macromolecules at 360 MHz. potential method resolve assign individual spin multiplets in complex encountered structural studies biopolymers is illustrated with some experiments amino acids a protein, basic pancreatic trypsin inhibitor.
