摘要: This study evaluated the effects of soy protein containing isoflavones on lipid profile women. A meta-analysis including 13 eligible randomized controlled trials was carried out. The literature systematically searched for serum lipids adult main databases were PubMed, Cochrane Library, MedLine, Lilacs and Web Science. Randomized included if they met following criteria: published from 1966 to 2005, population consisted women only, had either a crossover or parallel design amounts consumed provided. Weighted mean effect sizes calculated net changes in concentrations using fixed-effects random-effects models. Prespecified subgroup analyses performed explore influence covariates change. Soy with associated significant decrease total cholesterol (by 5.34mg/dL, 2.4%, p=0.03). No associations detected low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, triacylglycerols high lipoprotein-cholesterol. Amounts greater than 40g decreased by 6.56mg/dL (95% CI: -12.35 -0.39, p=0.04). supplementation small statistically women, but clinically insignificant. Furthermore, there no lipoprotein-cholesterol triglycerides.
