摘要: Traditionally, the Guadiamar River Basin (Seville, SouthwestSpain) has received pollution from two different sources. Inits upper course, a pyrite exploitation and, in itslower reaches, untreated urban and industrial wastes aswell as intensive agricultural activity. In 1998,the accidental release river of about 6 million m3 acid water sludge mine tailings contributedto worsen an already contaminated area. Themain polluting agents spill were heavy metals. Itaffected large number wells either directly or consequence infiltration polluted soils. Assessment by total metal determination does not revealthe true environmental impact speciation studies showing distribution main pollutants are required. There is direct association between physicochemical element its bioavailability, toxicity mobility. This article describesa study metals Zn, Cd, Pb Cu analysis groundwater six GuadiamarRiver Basin; samples taken several weeks after spill. The resulted definition ofthree species categories: a) labile (H+ exchangeable),b) strongly associated to dissolved organic matter c) with suspended material. Analysis was carried out anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). Metal ingroundwater allows differentiationbetween: on one hand, mining spill, andon other hand less recent accumulatedinfiltration origin, last due abuse phytosanitary products.
