摘要: In 1961 toondeBurke in dierexperimenten aan dat antibiotica een primaire wondinfectie slechts gunstig beInvloeden als zij voor of kort na de bacteriele contaminatie worden toegediend. Het effect is optimaal reeds tijdens effectieve weefselconcentratie van het antibioticum bestaat.
