The Biological Effect of Dinitrosyl Iron Complexes with Glutathione upon Nitric Oxide Hyperproduction Induced by Endotoxin Shock

摘要: Abstract—The objective of this work was to study the biological effect dinitrosyl iron complexes (DNICs) with glutathione ligand (GSH−DNICs) as a stabilized form nitric oxide in rat model hyperproduction induced by inflammation. Administration GSH−DNICs endotoxin shock did not increase total levels organs, but exerted protective suppressing liver and led an accumulation protein ligands kidney.
