摘要: This paper examines the Islamic concept of fiṭra or ‘original purity’ in relation to strengths perspective social work as a basis guide religious and culturally appropriate services Muslim clients. Both presuppose positive view humankind; people are viewed resilient capable growth development, albeit respective secular systems, these outcomes towards different ends. In Islam, development links self but, ultimately, also one's relationship with God. individual effort ability overcome adversity become whole key need not necessarily be linked assesses determine equivalent for working clients within broader context multicultural practice.
