摘要: Transdermal drug delivery (TDD) is a technique that used to deliver into the systemic circulation across skin. This mechanism of route has many advantages, including steady plasma concentrations, improved patient compliance, elimination hepatic first pass, and degradation in gastrointestinal tract. Over last 30 years, transdermal products have been launched market. Despite inherent advantages TDD growing list products, one major drawbacks occurrence inter- intraindividual variation absorption A majority these variations are caused by biological factors, such as gender, age, ethnicity, skin hydration metabolism.
