摘要: Human pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant diseases in world. In order to save patients with cancer, it necessary develop novel methods for treatment. For such a purpose, series well-characterized cell lines are great help vitro studies that generally first step approaching invention present study, we analyzed 15 human genetic alterations K-ras, p53, p16, and SMAD4 genes, which very frequent targets mutation cancer; these useful resources research.
