摘要: The effects of zolpidem, triazolam, and diazepam on performance in an eight-arm radial maze task were studied the rat. Errors based arm entries as well nose pokes a food trough summed across number correct choices remaining. As measures motivation, pellets retrieved, entries, total time maze, from entry to poke recorded. Triazolam resulted greater decrement than did zolpidem. Furthermore, triazolam appeared have sedative effect animals that not affect motor control needed complete task. present results suggest BZ-1-specific hypnotic, produce or profound those produced by nonselective benzodiazepines, diazepam.
