摘要: Phototherapy with ultraviolet (UV) irradiation of wavelengths between 280 and 320 nm (UV-B) is a safe effective treatment for variety inflammatory skin diseases. In addition to standard broad band UVB, narrow phototherapy fluorescent bulbs emitting near monochromatic UV 310-315 has become an important diseases such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis or vitiligo. Other respond favorably UV-B phototherapy, the number potential indications continuously growing. The differential effects in comparison other phototherapies, well new established this modality are reviewed.
