摘要: We investigate the problem of accurately modeling nonlinear systems (such as aircraft flight in high angle-of-attack/sideslip flight) using simple low-order Volterra submodels. First, we apply this technique to a simplified stall/post-stall model for case longitudinal limit cycle. Our simulation study demonstrates that responses submodels match original model, whereas piecewise-linear do not. Next, wing rock. second-order approximation predicts rock cycle, while linear does Third-, fourth- and fifth-order approximations are observed give amplitudes converge quadratically value.
