摘要: Background and Objective: Occurrence of atrioventricular block due to arterial blood pressure or left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients treated with beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers Digoxin has been investigated throughout a number studies. As determination level is particularly important determining how treat patients, this study was launched evaluate the diagnostic accuracy electrocardiography (ECG) non-invasive induced aforementioned drugs. Materials Methods: This analytic cross-sectional conducted on 42 digoxin drugs referred Rasht Dr. Heshmat hospital 2014. After taking ECG from all they underwent electrophysiology (EPS) their calculated. Diagnostic comparison EPS as gold standard investigated. Results: Forty-two cases (16 male 26 female mean age 74±4 years) were included. Beta most frequent used atenolol prominent one (40.5%). The presentations vertigo light headache (28.6%). Many showed normal QRS complex morphology (38.1%). duration 117.7±29.9 ms suffered grade III (76.2%). had 68% sensitivity, 85.7% specificity, 57% negative predictive value 90.5% positive value. Conclusion: Results high findings level. In study, sensitivity higher men, whereas women specificity higher. Considering that noninvasive method, it recommended limitations using invasive methods, method can be employed.
