摘要: Within product development processes, computational models are used with increasing frequency. However, the use of those methods is often restricted to area focus, where design, manufacturing process, and process chain simulations regarded independently. In case multi-material lightweight structures, desired products have meet several requirements regarding structural performance, weight, costs, environment. Hence, manufacturing-related effects on as well costs environment be considered in very early phases order provide a concept that supports concurrent engineering. this contribution, we present an integrated includes engineering production multi-scale framework, it combines detailed finite element analyses their related factory simulations. Including surrogate based machine learning, fast evaluation impacts can realized. The proposed demonstrated study structure. study, sheet metal forming combination injection molding short fiber reinforced plastics investigated. Different sets parameters evaluated virtually terms resulting properties, cycle times, environmental impacts.
