摘要: This paper presents a two-level optimal control for the load-frequency of interconnected power systems using modern and multilevel system techniques. The controller minimises deviations in frequency scheduled tie-line resulting from sudden disturbances. considered is decomposed into subsystems each which has first level local controller. controls subsystem according to interaction variables provided by second (co-ordinator). co-ordinator improves satisfy feasibility means an iteration technique. differs previous works that proposed fast simple usually only few iterations are required. Using instability problem eliminated. Moreover, guarantees practically zero steady-state error both at final time.
