摘要: AbstractThe inhibitory or activating effect of H2O2 on large conductance calcium and voltage-dependent potassium (BKCa) channels has been reported. However, the mechanism by which this occurs is unclear. In paper, BKCa encoded mouse Slo were expressed in HEK 293 cells channel activity was measured electrophysiology. The results showed that inhibited inside-out patches but enhanced cell-attached patches. inhibition may be due to oxidative modification cysteine residues other membrane proteins regulate function. PI3K/AKT signaling modulates H2O2-induced activation PI3K pathway involved vasodilation mainly modulation activity.
