摘要: The application of proteomics in alga research is still quite limited. present report describes the establishment proteome a red economic importance, Gracilaria changii (Xia et Abbott) Abbott, Zhang Xia. Initially, four protein extraction methods including direct precipitation by trichloroacetic acid/acetone, lysis using urea buffer, Tris and phenol/chloroform were compared for their suitability to generate G. proteins two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE). method gave best 2-DE resolution proteins. Using these gels mass spectrometry, several pigment proteins, metabolic enzymes, ion transporters identified. These findings highlight potential proteomic approaches investigation function.
