摘要: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a complex disease and chronic health-care problem. Nowadays, because of alteration lifestyle such as lack exercise, intake high fat diet subsequently obesity aging population, the prevalence increasing quickly in around world. The international federation estimated 2008, that 246 million adults worldwide suffered from expected to reach 380 by 2025. Although, mainly management focused on hyperglycemia, however, it documented abnormalities angiogenesis may contribute pathogenesis complications. Angiogenesis generation new blood vessels pre-existing ones. Normal depends intricate balance between angiogenic factors (such VEGF, FGF2, TGF-β, angiopoietins) angiostatic (angiostatin, endostatin, thrombospondins). Vascular different tissues including retina kidney can play role micro-vascular complications diabetes; also vascular impairment contributes macrovascular e.g., diabetic neuropathy impaired formation coronary collaterals. Therefore, identifying mechanisms give us an opportunity prevent and/or treat following improves quality life for patients society. In this review, we studied macro-vascular mellitus.
