摘要: Women with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are at risk for adverse pregnancy-associated outcomes, including progression of their underlying renal dysfunction, a flare disease, and pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia preterm delivery. Earlier-stage CKD, rule, is safer time to have pregnancy, but even women end-stage attempted in recent years. As such, nephrologists need be comfortable preparation management all stages CKD. In this article, we review the physiologic response literature respect both expected maternal fetal outcomes among young various those who attempt conceive while on dialysis. The general CKD associated complications, hypertension proteinuria discussed. Finally, emotional impact these pregnancies may potential benefits care multidisciplinary environment highlighted.
